What's the difference between Loop & Gordon?
Loop is designed as a softer, curved alternative to the linear-designed Gordon. The additional curved fins soften the aesthetic and double to trap warmth in. Internally, both towel rails are the same utilising an electric heat mat.
How is loop installed?
Loop is installed via a bracket (included). The bracket can mount onto any surface material, allowing you to install and re-install on a wide variety of wall surfaces.
How long does Loop take to install?
Loop can be installed by an electrician in under 2 hours. It's a simple job and all instructions are included in the box.
What are my control options?
When your electrician installs Loop they will need to wire the towel warmer back to a control switch. The switch can be a simple standard on/off switch on the wall, or the most efficient method, a timer switch.
There are quite a lot of timer switch options on the market but we suggest Clipsal Push Button Smart Switches or the Infinite Automation Smart Switch as these are easy to setup and are programmable via a phone app.
Can I hide the power cables?
Yes! Loop comes with the option to feed cables into your wall for a sleek cable-free finish.
