This Gordon is part of our Imperfect Range. Even though we strive to deliver perfect products every time, knocks, scratches, or cosmetic imperfections can occur during transport. This product has the following imperfection(s):
- This towel rail is new but has two small abrasions to the second fin from the LHS (see images).
- Each abrasion is about 3-5mm wide and is superficial only. It will not effect the towel rail performance or longevity of the coating.
The packaging shows signs of being opened. This towel warmer is otherwise brand new. Includes 3-year manufacturers warranty.

Your towel rail comes with a 10-year warranty on the external housing, and a 2-year warranty on the internal electrical heat mat as standard.
All colour finishes are matte, except for our Bronze Age and Gunmetal finishes that feature a beautiful yet subtle variation.

How is Gordon installed?
Gordon is installed via a bracket (included). The bracket can mount onto any surface material, allowing you to install and re-install Gordon on a wide variety of wall surfaces.
How long does Gordon take to install?
Gordon can be installed by an electrician in under 2 hours. It's a simple job and all instructions are included in the box.
What are my control options?
When your electrician installs Gordon, they will need to wire the towel warmer back to a control switch. The switch can be a simple standard on/off switch on the wall, or the most efficient method of control is a timer switch.
There are quite a lot of timer switch options on the market but we suggest Clipsal Push Button Smart Switches or the Infinite Automation Smart Switch as these are easy to setup and are programmable via a simple phone app
Can I hide the power cables?
Yes! Gordon comes with the option to feed cables into your wall for a sleek cable-free finish.
Can I place multiple towel rails side-by-side?
Yes! Many people choose to install more than one Gordon side-by-side. The process for installation is the same, and you can sync them together to turn on and off at the same or different times.
